Started
On joining your program, you will receive an initial email titled 'Welcome'. A link will redirect you to our onboarding webpage where you will be provided with instructions to get you set up on our - 1. Web Portal (access core lessons, live recordings & more). 2. Friend Derek on Facebook (so you may receive updates etc...). 3. Discord Channel (link to access our communication app Discord).. PLEASE ENSURE to follow the steps before submitting the completion form so that we know you have access to everything you need to get you started.

Our web portal is a one-stop-shop where you have access to our core mindset lessons (4 lessons for our FOS Program, 12 lessons for our Elite Program). You may also access Tuesday/ Thursday live coaching calls which are recorded and uploaded within 24hrs of the call, allowing you to watch back incase you miss the live in person. You may (depending on your program) also have access to bonus sessions and an audio toolkit, where we provide audio versions of some of the more advanced mindset techniques. PLEASE ENSURE you watch as many of recordings as possible to help establish the methods into your life.
Navigating
Discord
Discord is our mobile communication app specifically designed to provide individual channels to allow you discuss certain topics in detail. Unlike our WhatsApp Group (where everything posted is a general topic), Discord allows you to easily join discussions based on the channels available (i.e. Training/ Nutrition/ Social etc...). It also holds permanent links to our Tuesday night and Thursday live mindset sessions. PLEASE ENSURE to use the iCalendar link in order to save the links to your calendar so you will be reminded of the times and have an easy place to retrieve the associated links for the live calls.
Training
App
Our training app Trainerize is provided as a place to access your nutrition and training programs. Each bespoke program is specifically designed by our head of training Ciaran with your body type in mind and is designed based on your current weight and physic in order for you to reach your overall goals. Weekly training sessions are listed and are accompanied by simple videos to demonstrate the correct training technique together with the number of sets and reps required. You may also integrate your smart devices such as a FitBit, iWatch or similar in order to track your steps/ sleep patterns for an overall view of your training habits.

Hi guys, this short video is going to go through getting started on the DROWE Method program

and the steps to follow in order to get access to all the different parts of your program.

So to get started, when you join your program, the first thing you will receive is a welcome email similar to this. If it is not listed in your inbox, please ensure to check your spam folder or your jump folder and mark it as safe so you can receive further emails from us going forward.

So once you access the email, the first thing you’ll notice is a video here from David explaining or breaking down each step of the onboarding process in order to join your program. So please do watch that.

Secondly, please ensure to read and sign our TNCs. So to do that, please click on the link, read through our terms and conditions, and once you are happy with them, please fill out your full name, your phone, your email, before agreeing to the terms and submitting the form.

Now next step.

So we’ve created a webpage which lists out all the onboarding process. To access that, just click on the link and you have four easy steps to follow. So the first one is asking you just to check your email in order to get access to our web portal.

Now I will be going through another video of this, so I’m going to leave this step or skip this step for now.

So step two, follow the link to Derek’s personal Facebook page and ensure you request as a friend. Now this is important so we can add you to the private members group on Facebook.

So to do that, just click on the link and once Derek’s page opens up, just click on add friend.

Pretty straightforward.

Okay next step.

So use the following link to access our Discord channel. Now our Discord channel is used for communication on certain topics and is used quite extensively with our members. So to do that, again simply click on the link and it will open up Discord and you accept the invite and set yourself up on Discord.

Now again I’m going to go through Discord in more detail, so for now just know accept the invite and on the next video I’ll show you how that works.

And step four, so please use the invite link to join our members only WhatsApp group.

So again click on the link and click join chat. So again pretty straightforward.

Now we would ask that when you are finished, all of the above, that you just give or fill out this form down below.

So please provide your full name, your phone and your email before submitting the form just to help us track where you are on the onboarding process and to ensure that you are able to manage all of these steps.

Lessons/ Recordings TRANSCRIPT

Hey guys, so this short recording is going to go through how you access lessons and recordings on our web portal. 

So similar to the Getting Started video, you’ll notice here that once you receive your welcome email, there’s a second email that comes through after that. So if I just scroll down so it’s under the same email titled welcome, it will come in a few minutes after your first email and basically is asking you just to log in to the web portal. 

So once you click log in, it will bring you to our portal page here at portal.drowemethod.com. Now you have a couple of options here. You can either join with your Google account or you can log in with a secure code. The simplest and easiest way for me to do it is just to join with Google. So I’m going to enter in my password and my email before continuing. 

So once you do that it will ask you then to set your password. So I’m going to set a password for this account.

Okay. Now, once you log in, you’ll see here your program will be listed. So if you’re on our Foundation to Success Program it will say Foundations of Success. 

In this case I have signed up for the Elite Program. So as soon as I click into the program itself and you’ll see here that they’re listed under the 12 week program. So this is the core 12 lessons. 

And as you can see here, we recommend that you watch one of these lessons per week. But watch it daily Am/ PM just so you can ingrain it into your life. 

Right? There’s a lot of cool techniques, and by watching them over and rinse and repeat, you will actually benefit so much more from them. So we always recommend AM/PM, watch them for a whole week and then before moving on to lesson two and so forth. 

So let’s just start by ‘start course’ might be the easiest.

Okay, so if I say ‘start course’, you’ll see it will open up the video itself. I can play it.

Turn up and down the volume so I can go full screen.

And so forth. 

So very much like any video player. 

Right. So we would ask you to watch that as I said AM/PM. Now you also have an audio version of the recording listed under files. 

And you also have an audio version listed under files  and you also have the Elite handbook. The Elite Handbook is very good for our Elite members. If I just save it let’s see if I can open it in my browser.

Yeah.

So we would advise that you read this before going through any of the lessons. So each of the lessons (the 12 lessons) have a handbook associated with it, and it will walk you through each step of the actual lesson itself. 

So we would ask you to just go through each one of these pages, and it’ll give you a better understanding of the actual lesson that you’re currently on. 

Once you’re finished after your week, I would mark it as complete and then move on to the next lesson. So let’s just go back to categories.

And I just want to show you what’s here. So first of all you have your 12 core lessons okay. So as I said they should be watched and PM for one week before moving on to the next. 

Then we have a lot of our bonus sessions. So these are actually the Tuesday Night Live coaching calls which are available to our elite members. 

And we also have our live Q&A sessions. So there’s actually a large bank of them to go back over. At this stage there’s probably 20 plus lessons, if not more, and we have our Saturday Live sessions as well. 

Now you also have access to an audio toolkit, which is quite good. So this gives you access to the Dream Machine, the Freedom Generator and the State Change techniques. 

Now, for those of you who are new to the program, these won’t make sense to you until you start going through each of the lessons, but they are introduced over the 12 lessons. 

So what we’ve done is we’ve created just audio versions of them so you can download them to your mobile device and maybe listen to them when you’re in the gym or in the car or on a walk or whatever. So, handy to have that toolkit. Let me go back to the categories.

And let me just go into the bonus session. So the bonus session you’ll see is up to date as of today. So the last session was on December 10th, 2024. And this will be available to our annual members and our elite members for a week and we replace them with next week’s version.

And as I said, the Q&A will go into that. We have a whole host of sessions going back as far as February, so please do listen to them. There’s some really good tidbits and you’re bound to learn some information from fellow members.

Saturday Live is the same now. We kind of discontinued this in June, but again, look back over to Saturday nights. Um, there’s plenty of content there for you to to get stuck into. As you can see for the elite, we have over 70 lessons to get through, so there’s plenty to watch and to listen to.

Navigatign Discord TRANSCRIPT

Hi, guys. Okay, this next short video is an introduction to our communication channel Discord. 

So once you’ve accepted our invite to Discord and you log into the app itself, the first thing you’ll notice is all of these channels on the left hand side. 

So just explain how these channels work. So think of a channel like a topic. 

Okay. So in this case you see we have a social forum. So that’s obviously for all social events and just kind of normal chit chat. 

We have a food topic, a training topic, a business topic and so forth. 

Okay. So each one of them is like a thread or a topic that you can discuss in detail. 

So unlike our WhatsApp group, which basically has general chit chat and everybody putting in links and talking about different things. 

Discord can be use to be more specific and find information on different topics and chat to fellow members on specific topics. 

So you’ll notice when you first log in, if you go to the Welcome channel, you’ll notice here we have a broken down into what each of the actual channels are. 

So it gives a description. So if I give you an idea of the Tuesday Live Mindset link, it’s one location to access Tuesday Night Live coaching recording links. 

So basically if I go to the Tuesday channel, you’ll see here we have a link to our Tuesday night mindset call which is on at 7:00 pm, UK and Ireland. 

Now just be aware that this is only available to our Elite members. If you are a Foundation of Success member then this channel will not be available to you. 

Now another handy thing on the channel is this iCal link. If you click on to that link, it will actually download an event onto your calendar. 

So whether that’s your Google calendar, your Outlook calendar, whatever it is, it will create an event. And then you can set up a reminder, every Tuesday night at seven or maybe 10 to 7, it will send you a notification. 

You can open up your the event, click on the link and join the meeting. 

Or alternatively, if you’re on your phone, just go into your Discord., click on Tuesday night, click on the link and join the meeting. 

Okay, we have the same for our Thursday Live coaching. Now this is available to all our members, both the Foundation of Success and our Elite members. 

So as you can see the same thing with this you can download an iCal. So to create an event in your calendar, or you can just click on the meeting and join the meeting. And that’s on at 1:00 pm, UK and Ireland every Thursday.

Now some other channels here if I just go back to welcome.

You can see here a business channel for advertising promotion and collaboration of members businesses. 

So again a lot of members are using this for sharing business ideas and hooking up, just chatting about business in general. 

Food and Nutrition. So again, anybody who’s into their food talking about recipe links, food pics and so forth, food nutrition is the place to go. Very nice. 

So if I just go back to welcome.

What else have we got here. Training, so again one location for chats on fitness and training related questions. 

Then we have our social forum, so that’s just general discussions for people for personal posting, personal updates photos etc.. 

Now we have one extra channel in here. And this is just a tech support link so that if you do have any issues at all in relation to the portal, accessing lessons, Discord, whatever it is, just click on this link right here and fill out a form and we will come back to you and get you a resolution for any issues you may have.

Training App TRANSCRIPT

Hey guys, so for this short video I just want to walk you through how you can set up and access our mobile training app Trainerize.

So, to start with open up your email and you’ll see there’s an email here titled ‘Welcome to DROWE method’.

When you click into that you’ll see there’s an option here for set up your account where you would be asked to set your password.

So, in this case I’m just going to put in a password I already have set and I’m going to say set my password.

Now once this is done it will ask you to sign in so I’m going to use the open mobile app option.

Now I already have it the Trainerize app downloaded but if you don’t you will be redirected to either the Play Store or the iTunes Store just to download the app.

So, I’m just going to put in my credentials real quick and I’m going to sign in. Now I’ve already started this process, so it’ll ask you for your current weight your height and so forth and then it’ll ask you some questions about notifications.

So, in this case I would advise you to turn on notifications but for just this demonstration I’m just going to skip these steps.

So, again turn off email notifications again sync appointments to calendar I would advise you to do that but just for the process of this video we’re just going to skip it and try our Apple watch.

Okay got it so I’ll show you how to set up all your Fitbit and your Apple watch watches in a minute.

Now once you log into your dashboard you can see here it has the current date and it has things that you have to do so it’s asking you to walk for 40 minutes.

Now each of these programs is specifically designed for your body type and your goals by Ciarán are ahead of training and nutrition.

So, once you set up the app and once you start using it at the moment this is a fresh install so you see there’s no steps, there’s no sleep or body weight or body fat and so forth but over time once you start using the app this will all populate with your data.

Now what we would advise you to do is see the option here for photos if I click into that and say add photos it will ask you to upload photos from the front side view and back view.

Okay now this is just to show your progression over the course of the program so you’ll be asked to upload progress pictures throughout the program but these are like your base pictures to see where you started and then obviously at the end of your program you’ll see the progress you’ve actually made.

So please do add your photos and now just to go through some of the interface of the app itself.

So, what I’m going to go to is the first one is the calendar option down here so I click into the calendar you see here this is a calendar of all your week’s training and each one is laid out in terms of the date and what you actually have to do.

So, in this case you will see here let’s just go into Saturday day two legs. I’m going to click into that and here you’ll see there’s a number of videos and it’s also telling you as you can notice how many sets and how many reps that you’re actually supposed to do for each of the actual workouts.

So, let me just go into the leg extension just to give you an idea and in here you will see a video showing you the correct technique that you’re supposed to use in order to get the best results.

So please watch the video ensure you’re doing the right technique and then follow the number of reps and sets that it’s asking you to do on the program.

So, let me just come back out now there’s another option down below for it’s not a barbell a dumbbell so if I click into the dumbbell again this is just giving you your day one you’re on push day two legs day three and so forth by clicking to show more it’ll show me day four and so forth so it’s basically just showing you your workouts for the next four days and obviously that will roll on then week on week.

Now the next option here is you see a knife and fork that’s where you can access your meal plans so I click into that you can see here there’s a nutrition plan specifically designed for you that you can access right here.

So, I click into that as you can see here it gives me my non-strength days and it breaks down a breakfast, a lunch, a pre-workout, a dinner, a snack and so forth and each one of these as you can see has the amount of protein so in this case 50 grams the amount of carbs the amount of fats and the total calories.

Now if I scroll down you also have the same for your training days so as you can see here you have your breakfast pre-workout lunch dinner and snacks and your total cals then per day and again all everything is broke down in terms of your protein counts your fats your carbs and your total calories per meal.

So let me just go back and you’ll see here is an additional option here if I click into that as you can see with this it gives you your total workouts, carbs; now again none of this is set but over time and over the course of your program you will see your total workouts will start coming in and clocking up over time week on week.

And if I scroll down I mentioned about connecting your smart devices so in this case we have integrations with Apple Watch, Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPro and so forth.

So again just the instructions on these if you click in it will actually give you videos and information on how to actually set up your Apple Watch so again follow the instructions it’s pretty straightforward.
